Your Home
- Our kitchens are fully equipped with -
- Cooker, Oven, Fridge Freezer, Leased
Washing machine, Microwave, Kettle,
toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware,
saucepans, etc. and all with plenty of
cupboard space. There is also a
shared T/V provided in the kitchen
- T/V points in every room.
- There is always at least one shower and
a bath in the house and always 2 toilets
so that you should not have a queue for
the loo when you are rushing to get to
work in the morning
- There is a garden usually at the back of
the house with large patio doors leading
on from the kitchen
Your Bills
- We pay -
- Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, T/V
and cable license
- We do Not Pay -

Your Room
- The rooms are large.
- Centrally heated and tastefully furnished
- Containing -
- A Double Bed, Large table or desk and
chair, an Easy chair Double Pine
wardrobe, Chest of draws Bedside
table and lamp.
- Bookcases as required
- The only thing that we ask you to bring
with you is the duvet or bedding
(including sheets)
Your House Mates
- We approach placing you in a house with
great care. Making sure that you are
compatible with your new house mates.
We have a large community of House
Mates living in our houses, and we
encourage everyone to get to know each
other so that if you are new to town
there is a possibility of getting to know
people quickly.
- We even stage social events to introduce
people to each other
